Don’t lose yourself in your reflection, view yourself as beautiful, and don’t listen to the people who call you fat, ugly, etc. You are very beautiful in someone’s eyes, you do not need a mirror to show your beauty. A lot of beauty is found on the inside, it is not just skin deep. People must learn to see beauty within as well as the shallowness of appearance, and see that there is no such thing as ugly but the word itself… the word ugly is ugly.. the word fat, can be used in ugly ways… size does not define who you are as a person, nor does your amount acne on your body, the tone of your tan, the colour of your body, it’s texture, the way your hair is styled, etc. Love you all, you are all cared for by someone… let haters hate, they don’t deserve you in their life. <3
